Wow, haven’t recognised you at first. You look so different! π

Greetings from San Francisco!
I am a newbie to sculpting and I love the way you did yours. I have looked at your recent video on using cream products to sculpt but it is a bit hard to find those products here in the States. And since you mentioned Marc Jacobs contour duo in this video, I am curious which do you prefer between that and Kevin Aucoin sculpting in Medium.
Many thanks
Daisy
Hey Daisy,
Overall, I prefer the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting because it’s a cooler tone. The Marc Jacobs is a more emollient formula and easier to blend.
Hope that helps π

Hey there! Entirely unrelated question: I’m curious; when did you start playing around with makeup, and how long did it take you before you were able to reliably create the beautiful looks you sport now? I lack the super prominent brow and loads o’ lid space so heavily favoured for most eye shadow looks, so it’s taking me some time to both learn to adapt techniques since my eye shape is largely underrepresented, and get over my disappointment at things not looking “right” *eyeroll.
Hey Mello,
I started playing around with makeup at 18-19 sooo… it’s been about 6 years. I recommend you find a youtuber who has a similar eye shape to you, that way you might learn some more relevant techniques.
Are you eyes hooded?
xx
Thanks for getting back to me, Karima!
My eyes aren’t quite “hooded” in the typical sense. My eye socket and the line that delineates my crease don’t quite coincide, and I don’t have lots of super prominent brow bone the way folks with hooded eyes often do. I do also have visible mobile lid, just not acres of it.
Hmmm I think I’d be able to offer advice if I could see a picture. My best advice is to shade the eye while it is open, looking straight ahead.
xx
Just have to say β YOUβRE SUCH A BABE. You do the best videos ever. Lots of love!!

Too kind, Elin! <3
I love the look of your hair in the video!
Thanks Kat! I did it myself, although one of Monika’s assistance did the final touches (oh so important!).
xx
Karima, you look stunning! I like your way of doing the brows more, I find em a bit too heavy in this video. Your hair looks gorgeous! Love these kind of videos :).
It was nice for a change π Thank you!

Was looking for a perfect perfume for my wedding, and thanks to this video I finally found it. π
Yayyyy π You should leave Monika a comment, I’m sure she would be thrilled to hear that π

Your haircolour is beautiful! Is it natural? if not, what colour is it?
It’s a mish mash of various balayage shades, at this point! Sorry I can’t be more specific.
