Nail polish I’m wearing in this tutorial

I believe my nails are from this etsy store but I can’t verify because the seller seems to be on a break right now.

Headband

MOHOOSIVE thanks to Jennifer Behr for this headband. It’s my favourite thing ever, I’m totally infatuated and take any excuse to wear it. Exquisite quality, it’s called the Eris Headband and you can purchase it here.

Fragrance

The fragrance mentioned was Byredo La Tulip, Australians can purchase this from Mecca Cosmetica.

  1. I love that you finished this tutorial with both hair done and a fragrance. It just makes it all come together. Very stylish, totally love it. šŸ™‚

  2. Karima, I’ve heard you say that you don’t like green eyeshadows on you. I would think they would look lovely since your eyes are hazel and you have an olive skin tone. Or do you feel that it clashes with your skin tone? I have an olive skin tone so that’s why I’m asking. Are there any greens you do like? Thanks.

    1. Hey Abir,
Green seems to clash with my surface redness, it makes me look sunburnt… or something. Very odd. I tend to like spinoff greens with a little gold or other tones, something like MAC Sumptuous Olive or Rouge Bunny Rouge Abyssinian Catbird.
      xx

  3. Karima, I love all your videos. I learn a lot from them and I find your sophisticated aesthetics inspiring. This video is very special though, because of that totally adorable & delightful moment where you go “boom boom boom boom”. I’m dead serious. I replayed that part at least 6 times.

  4. Yes! I’ve been raving about the Kiko Watereyeshadows and their very similar formula to the MAC extradimension. I also have been using number 200 which is more of a fleshy tone gold (champagne? rose gold?) as a highlighter. It too is stunning!

And yes, I have been binge watching your videos after a couple of months where I have been very busy šŸ˜‰

    1. Beautiful look as always. I think that fragrance may need to make its way into my collection… have you checked out the new Burberry wet/dry shadows? If, like me, you do not have access to Kiko (c’mon, Kiko…how hard would it be to pander to makeup addicts in the US online, eh?), they also make for a gorgeous inner eye highlight šŸ™‚
