  1. I love your tutorials! I am a makeup addict… it’s terrible (mainly for my wallet). Your videos and blog posts always aleays always help! And you are incredibly beautiful… i have a question and i hope you can help me… i have combination to oily skin… and i still haven’t found a holy grail foundation that is thin and lasts all day. Do you have any recommendations?

    1. Have you tried primers? That should enhance the longevity of your foundation so you can use any cosmetically elegant foundation that suits your needs (AND will last all day). For lasting power, I really love the Rouge Bunny Rouge Matte Primer (you only need a very small amount). x

  2. Love the soft colors! Also the liner is a great idea, sometimes I fined my gel liner a bit too much for during the day. Definitely going to that liner tomorrow!

  3. Karima I am so happy you did a tutorial for this look. I love it soooo much. And your always clear instruction makes me believe I can pull this one off!
PS super cute nails. i love dark nails πŸ™‚

  5. The quality of the video is crisp and clean *like*
This is a great make up for hooded eyes, as mine. A suggestion for some future tutorial: eye shadow for hooded eyes. Something that still plays a little with the crease, not just the different versions of the eye-liner look that most tutorials do.
And a quick question, I have black (as in really black) eyebrows. They are one of my best features, but still need some filling in in the outer third to be their best. Which pencil would you recommend for black eyebrows, that won’t make them look ashy, brown or too blunt?

  6. Loved the video! Super pretty look. I’d love for you to be available on Bloglovin too. Thank-you for such a nice giveaway.

  7. Loved the look and will definitely try this soon. I’m not sure whether I prefer the quality of this video, it does look a lot sharper but I also really love the soft light that your older videos have.

    1. Yeah I do love the softer lighting of some natural light but it’s so unpredictable and very stressful. I’m still waiting for one light which will hopefully soften the footage a tad πŸ™‚ xx

  8. loved the tutorial! the quality and lightening (I do not know if that is how you say you have awesome light, I live in Uruguay, therefore I speak spanish haha) so dont worry and please keep doing more tutorials

    love, dani πŸ™‚

  9. Beautiful tutorial and blog. I’m so excited to have found your YouTube channel as well. You are insanely gorgeous and this look is flawless! I love it! I’ve been lusting over the Naked 3 since it came out, but I’ve been pinching my pennies, as of late, so I’ve yet to pick it up. I can’t thank you enough fo hosting this amazing giveaway! Really looking forward to seeing more from you. Have a fantastic week!

  10. Hi! Thank you so much for this beautiful tutorial. I found it really helpful for my date make up! P.s. You’re gorgeous

    1. My skincare routine is identical to that on my channel. The only change is I’m testing Biologique Recherche p50 toner, which I’ll review in a month or two. xx

  11. Karima-
Another awesome tutorial. I love the way you balance your look with soft but defined brows. I actually have the majority of your coloring in terms of eyes, hair and skin, so all of your tutorials thus far have been applicable inspiration in my world of makeup!
    Excited for the contest!
    xx

  12. Karima

I’ve just gotten into makeup and your tutorials, tips and tricks really helped. I adore all your makeup looks!
I don’t know if you’ve seen Pretty Little Liars series but anyway some of your features resembles Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario), if possible could you do her makeup tutorial?

    Thanks

    1. Hey there πŸ™‚
So pleased you’re finding them helpful! Funny you should say that, I get comments that I look like Spencer on a daily basis! Her makeup seems ultra simple (clean face with black eyeliner) so I’m not sure how interesting it would be but I’ll keep it in mind πŸ™‚ xx

  13. Lovely and well explained tutorial for a very feminine look πŸ˜€ I usually don’t ever wing my eyes, but this way of doing it might prove to be revolutionary for me!
Thanks for the tutorial and the chance of also winning this palette.

  14. Hi Karima! I discover your website today and I love it…If I may give you a tip though: we don’t say the “c” at the end of “blanc” it’s like “blan” (my english is terrible so I don’t judge, I just thought you might want to know πŸ˜‰ Of course you do whatever you want with that. Have a lovely day!
